This typically happens when the antenna is experiencing RF interference. When interference is present, the station may miss certain signals from one or more satellite constellations, causing it to fall back to Dual-Band.
We are not preventing rewards but the environment around the station simply isn’t providing enough data to qualify for Triple-Band. Check your surroundings for possible sources of interference, such as nearby radio towers, transmitters, or other high-power RF equipment.
