Is there a way to tell if a hex has already been fixed and proofed?

One device can fix 8 unique GEODNET hexes. One hex can be fixed by multiple unique devices, so showing fixed hexes is not necessary. You can only get “fix” when RTK signal is green. Press “Go” when RTK signal is green to get “fix” and earn GEOD rewards.
