How are rewards calculated with introduction of triple band miners? 2x multiplier for tripleband? Proportional? Reward scaling across all device types? 

Formula is the same, except for the 2x multiplier.  It is based on number of effective satellites and up-time. We will soon implement reward scaling based when miners are less than 20km apart.
