How or when will we be able to swap tokens that we mine to our own personal wallet? I am not looking to sell what I have mined but really want to put it in my own wallet.

You can do that now.  Turn on Token issuance switch and set the ERC-20 wallet.  This is covered in manual and if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask or post on Discord.
